In the Tuxertal, a side valley of the Zillertal, lies our newly built Genuss.Brennerei.Fankhauser. With much diligence and passion we have built our charming distillery hut from 1833 - a hut where the new Holstein distillery has found its home. In the distillation room you can look over Armin's shoulder to see how the fine brandies are created. Feel free to take a seat - in the adjacent tasting room with a view of the distillery. Come by, we are looking forward to seeing you!
